Downscaling the Web
Moore's Law is an analysis that shows that hardware computing capabilities scale exponentially over time. Every few years, our computers' abilities double... This is great... except our apps gobble up the extra space, time, and bandwidth we give them. So computers never really seem to run faster.
The footprint of modern apps and websites is ever-growing. You can't use an old laptop to develop or use new software. So we never get ahead of the game and our apps always run slow.
